The speaker will be Margaret Malone, Ph.D., Director of Assessment, Research and Development at American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages and
Co-Director of the National Capital Language Resource Center at Georgetown University.
The topic will be Proficiency Assessment. There will be culture immersion sessions in French, Spanish, German, and Chinese. The day will run from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It will include breakfast and lunch with immersion in the target languages.
· The cost will be $35.00 for members; $45.00 for non-members.
PSMLA members can get Act 48 credit for 5 hours.
